Overview

Talent Lab is currently recruiting Data Collectors for a short-term field assignment across multiple states in Nigeria, aimed at supporting a nationwide health systems assessment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct structured data collection activities across selected PHC facilities in twelve states.
Work closely with supervisors and field coordinators.
Ensure accurate and timely data collection using approved digital tools.

Requirements

National Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Health Informatics, Statistics, or related discipline.
Familiarity with local communities and effective communication in relevant local languages (Yoruba, Pidgin English, Igbo, Hausa).
Experience with digital data collection platforms such as ODK is an added advantage.
Highly organized with effective time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
Previous experience in field data collection surveys or health-related research is beneficial.
