State Consultant – CHAN-UNICEF Zero-Dose IT Project @Christian Health Association of Nigeria

Overview

The Christian Health Association of Nigeria (CHAN), in partnership with UNICEF, is seeking qualified candidates for the role of State Consultant under the Zero-Dose Elimination through Routine & Outreach Immunization Transformation Project.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead state-level implementation of immunization programmes
• Develop and execute work plans with stakeholders
• Strengthen data systems, reporting, and M&E functions
• Coordinate trainings and capacity-building for health workers
• Engage government agencies (SPHCDA, SMoH) and partners
• Support malaria vaccine rollout (priority states)
• Represent CHAN in technical and coordination meetings

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Nursing, Public Health, or Social Sciences
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in public health programmes (immunization preferred)
• Strong stakeholder engagement and data management skills
• Experience in NGO or development sector environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Power BI knowledge is an advantage
