Overview

A reputable recruitment firm is hiring for the role of Site Engineer (SE) for a leading telecommunications company. This position offers the opportunity for professional growth and exposure to high-impact infrastructure projects across Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute installation, integration, and commissioning activities in line with standards.
• Handle site deployments independently and ensure timely delivery.
• Complete all technical documentation including TSS, ATP, and checklists accurately.
• Troubleshoot alarms, connectivity issues, and hardware faults effectively.
• Coordinate with NOC, project teams, vendors, and local stakeholders.
• Manage logistics, site access, and on-ground operations.
• Provide regular updates and escalate issues when necessary.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant telecom site engineering experience.
• Strong understanding of network deployment and integration.
• Hands-on troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.
