A leading non-profit organization, Junior Achievement Nigeria, is seeking a qualified and experienced professional to join its team as an Assistant Manager (Programs Delivery & Strategy) in North-East Nigeria. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about education, youth empowerment, and impactful program delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Support the design, execution, and strategic coordination of education-focused programs across the region.
Manage multiple program portfolios, ensuring effective delivery in line with organizational goals.
Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders including government agencies like SUBEB and Ministries of Education.
Conduct grant writing and proposal development.
Manage budgets and supervise program teams to achieve measurable outcomes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in International Development, Public Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
Master’s degree or professional certification (PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2) is an advantage.
4–5 years of experience in program management within the NGO sector.
At least 2 years in a supervisory or mid-level management role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and public speaking skills.
Proven experience in implementing education programs at primary, secondary, and tertiary levels.
