Delivery Associate @Lucid Motors

Overview

Lucid is creating exceptional mobility experiences through innovation. As a Delivery Associate, the primary responsibility is to articulate and deliver the Lucid brand and ownership experience to customers on the day they receive their vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the key features and functions of their Lucid vehicle.
• Tailor the delivery experience to meet customer needs.
• Accurate completion of required paperwork and collection of necessary documents for delivery finalization.
• Utilize Salesforce to document delivery and customer information.
• Collaborate with the Delivery Supervisor, sales, and service teams to ensure a smooth delivery process.
• Manage assigned deliveries and maintain communication with Sales Specialists.
• Assist with daily operations as needed.

Requirements

• 1+ years of customer-facing professional experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Experience in a luxury retail or hospitality environment preferred.
• Comfort with using Salesforce or equivalent CRM system.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, sales, or related discipline.
• Ability to engage with customers and members of the Lucid community authentically.
• Strong communication, empathy, and active listening skills.
• Ability to prioritize and schedule tasks independently.
• Strong passion for electric vehicles and premium vehicle markets.
• Available to work weekends, evenings, nights, and holidays as needed.
• Must maintain a clear driving record.
• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with delivery operations.

Location

This position may involve both local and overnight travel. The primary responsibilities will be performed from a location conducting both sales and service activities.
