Key Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of assigned deliveries, ensuring vehicle readiness and confirming delivery details with customers.
• Guide customers through key vehicle features at the time of delivery.
• Conduct post-delivery follow-ups to address customer questions.
• Assist with lease-end vehicle returns and manage documentation.
• Utilize Salesforce to document essential delivery details.
• Maintain vehicle readiness and coordinate with customers for transport needs.
• Participate in daily operations as needed.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of customer-facing professional experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Experience in luxury retail or hospitality preferred.
• Comfortable using Salesforce or equivalent CRM systems.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or sales.
• Valid driver’s license with no suspensions in the past year.
• Ability to manage physical demands of the job.
