Key Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and data health for strategic high-value clients, enhancing data quality and tech stack integration.
• Align with pre-sales teams and consult with clients to define business goals and metrics for data architecture.
• Engage with customers’ technical teams for onboarding and optimizing Mixpanel deployments.
• Deliver technical services from data architecture consultations to best practices in adoption and change management.
• Create scalable data governance practices for clients, including data optimization projects.
• Manage project deliverables, balancing timelines and unforeseen issues.
• Collaborate with technical partners on onboarding projects.
• Develop AI automations for data management.
• Consult on integrating workflows with Mixpanel data.

Requirements

• Experience with data querying, modeling, and transforming using tools such as SQL, dbt, or Python.
• Familiarity with databases and cloud data warehouses like Google Cloud or Amazon Redshift.
• Understanding of product analytics implementation methods.
• Ability to manage complex projects with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with AI integration into workflows.
• Excellent written, analytical, and communication skills.
• Strong project delivery discipline and eagerness to learn new technologies.
