Key Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and data health for strategic clients, enhancing data quality and tech stack integration.
• Collaborate with pre-sales teams to define business goals and guide data architecture.
• Engage with engineering and product teams for technical onboarding and optimizing Mixpanel deployments.
• Deliver various technical services, including data architecture consultations and change management best practices.
• Create scalable data governance practices and improve data trust through data optimization projects.
• Balance project deliverables with timelines and unanticipated issues.
• Collaborate with technical partners for data optimization and onboarding projects.
• Act as a technical sponsor for internal engagements with product and engineering teams.
• Build AI automations for data management at scale.
• Consult on integrating agentic workflows with Mixpanel data.

Requirements

• Proficient in data querying and modeling in tools like SQL, Python, or Business Intelligence tools.
• Familiar with cloud data warehouses such as Google Cloud, Amazon Redshift, and Microsoft Azure.
• Knowledgeable about product analytics implementation methods such as SDKs and Customer Data Platforms.
• Experience managing complex projects across departments to drive change.
• Experience in customer success or consulting roles, with excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and eager to learn new technologies.
