Key Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and data health for strategic and high-value clients.
• Align with pre-sales teams to define business goals and metrics.
• Engage with customers’ engineering and product management teams for technical onboarding and data optimization.
• Deliver a variety of technical services including data architecture consultations.
• Create scalable data governance practices and improve data trust.
• Manage project timelines and address unanticipated issues.
• Collaborate with technical and solutions partners as needed.
• Build AI automations for data management.
• Consult with customers on integrating workflows with Mixpanel data.

Requirements

• Proficient in data querying and transformation using SQL, dbt, Python, or similar tools.
• Familiar with cloud data warehouses like Google Cloud, Amazon Redshift, or Microsoft Azure.
• Understanding of product analytics implementation methods.
• Ability to manage complex projects with various stakeholders.
• Experience in customer success, consulting, or technical project management roles.
