Mixpanel is a leading product intelligence and analytics platform, supporting over 29,000 companies in understanding product usage. The Delivery Engineer III role focuses on post-sales onboarding and data health for customers, ensuring their integration of Mixpanel's analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and data health for strategic and high-value clients, enhancing data quality and tech stack integration.
• Consult with pre-sales teams and clients to define business goals and metrics guiding data architecture and project outcomes.
• Engage with customers’ engineering and product management teams to optimize Mixpanel deployments and improve data trust.
• Deliver technical services including data architecture consultations and best practices for adoption and change management.
• Create scalable data governance practices and optimize data for clients.
• Manage project timelines while addressing scope creep and unforeseen challenges.
• Collaborate with technical partners on data optimization projects.
• Build AI automations for customer data management.
• Consult with customers on integrating agentic workflows with Mixpanel data.

Requirements

• Proficiency in data querying and modeling using tools like SQL, dbt, Python, and product analytics tools.
• Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Google Cloud, Amazon Redshift, Microsoft Azure).
• Understanding of product analytics implementation methods (e.g., SDKs, Customer Data Platforms, Event Streaming, Reverse ETL).
• Ability to manage complex projects across diverse client stakeholders.
• Experience in customer success, professional services, consulting, or technical project management.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Eager to learn technologies and adapt to customer needs.
