Requirements

• 12+ years in software engineering or QA, with 5+ years in engineering leadership.
• Deep experience in test automation architecture and performance engineering.

• Proven track record of managing multi-team organizations.
• Familiarity with observability and APM tools.
• Exceptional communication skills and comfort in fast-moving environments.
