Director, Partner Programs @MongoDB

Overview

The Director of Partner Programs at MongoDB will oversee the global Partner Program, handling strategy, structure, and operations across various partner types. This role includes leading a team and collaborating with other departments to ensure that the program remains aligned with company strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the overall architecture of the MongoDB Partner Program, ensuring alignment with the company's go-to-market strategy.
• Manage global partner incentive frameworks, ensuring compliance and scalability.
• Oversee a team of Partner Program Managers, managing program operations and partner journey.
• Measure and report on key performance indicators related to partner engagement and program success.
• Collaborate with various functions to ensure program rules are accurately enforced.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in partner/channel programs, alliances, or partner marketing, with a minimum of 3 years in a management role.
• Proven experience in managing a multi-tier partner program.
• Deep experience with designing and governing partner incentive programs.
• Experience with cloud marketplace partner programs.
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills.
• Familiarity with PRM platforms.
• Excellent presentation and people-management skills.
