Director, Partner Programs & Operations @ClickHouse

Overview

The role involves leading partner programs and operations at ClickHouse, focusing on designing, building, and managing the partner ecosystem. The Director will work closely with Partner, Sales, and Operations leadership, inheriting and growing a small team.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and refresh partner programs, including tiering, benefits, requirements, and budgeting for marketing development funds (MDF).
• Manage operational relationships with hyperscalers and top-tier partners concerning program compliance and funding.
• Establish metrics for measuring partner business success, pipeline contributions, and report on capacity.
• Design and oversee partner systems, processes, and data layers, including requirements for Salesforce and deal registration rules.
• Co-own channel development, ensuring effective onboarding and activation of partners.
• Oversee partner enablement, ensuring effective certification paths and educational resources.
• Manage partner-of-record and attribution for marketplace transactions.
• Develop the partner team and establish capabilities to support business growth.

Requirements

• 10+ years in partner operations, channel operations, alliances, or revenue operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in designing programs rather than merely administering them.
• Direct experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure partner programs.
• Ability to build strong capabilities for services partners.
• Knowledge of partner economics including margins and rebates.
• Proficient in utilizing Salesforce partner data models and PRM platforms.
• SQL fluency for analysis of partner performance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred.
