Overview

The Director, Professional Services, EMEA leads the Professional Services business at Klaviyo in the region, overseeing the development and performance of the EMEA Implementation Consultants, Solution Architects, and Deliverability Strategists. This role focuses on delivering enterprise-level services and enhancing customer experience while fostering growth in strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the EMEA Professional Services team, setting regional performance and development standards.
• Establish the standard for enterprise customer experience in EMEA, enhancing engagement models and building long-term partnerships.
• Manage the EMEA region's performance across service delivery and sales growth, ensuring productivity and adherence to budgets.
• Develop partnerships with EMEA Sales and Customer Success to leverage Professional Services for regional growth.
• Serve as the escalation point for complex regional engagements and customer relationships.
• Coordinate the distributed team across London and Dublin for consistent service delivery.
• Contribute to global strategy and initiatives within the Professional Services leadership team.
• Advocate for customer needs in EMEA with evidence-based input across product and marketing strategies.
• Promote AI-forward working methods to enhance service delivery and sales practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in SaaS Professional Services, including 5+ years in management roles.
• Proven experience as a Professional Services leader with strong data fluency in services operations.
• Experience as a go-to-market partner with abilities in services economics and executive-level commercial interactions.
• Knowledge of marketing technologies such as Email, SMS, CDP, and eCommerce.
• Strong communication skills with executive presence and the ability to build effective operating standards.
• Experience leading distributed teams and translating regional nuances for customer engagement.
• Fluency in Professional English; knowledge of French, German, Italian, or Spanish is advantageous.
