Requirements

• 9+ years of software engineering experience with expertise in iOS or Android.
• 5+ years of engineering management experience leading strong client or platform teams.
• Deep understanding of client performance and performance optimization.
• Strong technical foundation in media rendering and client-side performance.
• Experience with media frameworks such as AVFoundation and ExoPlayer.
• Demonstrated track record of improving product experience and system performance.
• Ability to lead cross-platform work and collaborate effectively.
• Clear communication skills and a people-focused leadership style.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.

Benefits

Location

This position is remote but requires in-person collaboration twice a month at either the San Francisco or Palo Alto office. Candidates must be within commuting distance.
