Overview

The role involves managing a hybrid enterprise territory focused on both existing customers and acquiring new accounts. The company, ClickHouse, is a globally distributed organization offering a flexible work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for both new and existing accounts in the broader ASEAN region.
• Grow the install base by landing new teams and use cases in accounts that already purchase from ClickHouse.
• Manage renewals and consumption commitments, collaborating with Solutions Architect and Support to mitigate churn risks.
• Monitor consumption trends and engage early when usage changes significantly.
• Convert existing ClickHouse usage in new accounts.
• Engage with multiple teams, including data platform, budget holders, security, and executive sponsors.
• Run the procurement process, including security assessments and vendor onboarding.
• Create internal business cases for champions.
• Map remaining teams and build an expansion plan.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records and forecasts for leadership planning.
• Participate in developer community events in the territory.

Requirements

• Experience selling to enterprises in the ASEAN market.
• 6+ years of experience selling technical infrastructure to enterprise clients.
• Proven track record of closing complex deals through security, legal, and procurement processes.
• Technical fluency to discuss infrastructure architecture.
• Experience with hybrid quotas encompassing both new business and renewals.
• Familiarity with consumption-based revenue models.
• Ability to navigate developer-led and top-down sales approaches.
• Proficient in orchestrating diverse teams to achieve goals.
• Capable of accurate forecasting.
