The role of ERM Compliance Lead at Brex involves ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to the compliance program. Brex is an intelligent finance platform enabling companies to manage their finances effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and enhance the organization’s compliance program in alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Assist with the development, implementation, and management of compliance issue management.
Manage compliance reviews of new products and material changes.
Collaborate with various departments to implement or enhance compliance program initiatives.
Manage the implementation of workflow tools to support compliance program initiatives.
Assist with external inquiries, including audits and bank partner requests.
Represent Brex in external audits and manage relationships with external auditors and bank partners.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in compliance or risk within financial services.
Working knowledge of regulations governing card, lending, and deposit products.
Experience contributing to core compliance program work.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
A hands-on approach with a love for collaboration.
