PhD candidates enrolled in a higher education institution or public research center in eligible Widening countries (EU: Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia. Non-EU: Albania, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Georgia, Kosovo*, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, Ukraine). Nationality from an eligible Widening country is required.
