The National Economic Development and Labour Council (Nedlac) is seeking motivated professionals to join their team as Facilitators and Rapporteurs for the upcoming National Dialogue.

These short-term roles aim to support inclusive, transparent, and participatory dialogues across South Africa’s communities and sectors, contributing to national social compact development.

Remuneration: R2,500 per dialogue session
To facilitate inclusive, trauma-informed, respectful, and participatory ward-based and sectoral dialogues as part of the National Dialogue Pilot Phase.
Facilitators will create safe environments where all voices, especially those of marginalized and vulnerable groups, are heard, fostering meaningful engagement.
R2,500 per dialogue, paid upon successful completion and submission of reports and documentation
