Edge Research Services is currently recruiting qualified and motivated individuals to fill the position of Field Enumerator for an ongoing weekly monitoring survey in Kano and Kaduna States. The role involves conducting rapid household listings and administering structured quantitative questionnaires.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct household listing and data collection activities within assigned PSUs
Administer structured questionnaires using approved survey tools
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of collected data
Submit data in a timely manner using digital platforms
Engage respectfully and professionally with community members
Follow all field protocols, ethical guidelines, and data protection standards
Travel to assigned locations, including remote or hard-to-reach areas
Work independently with minimal supervision while meeting project targets

Requirements

Demonstrate oral and written fluency in both English and Hausa
Possess strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality data collection
Be available to work for the entire six-month project duration
Have the ability to travel frequently and work in rural or remote communities
Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills
Be capable of working under minimal supervision while maintaining productivity
A Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Social Sciences, Statistics, Economics, Development Studies, or any related field
