Overview

This opportunity offers a temporary position as a Field Interviewer to support large-scale household data collection for the Uganda National Household Survey (UNHS). Candidates will work under the supervision of a Statistician and directly contribute to the national data collection efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in mandatory training sessions before field deployment
Locate and identify assigned households for interviews
Collect accurate data from households in designated survey areas
Properly handle, use, and return all field materials and equipment
Document and report field challenges promptly to supervisors
Perform any additional duties assigned during the survey period

Eligibility

Applicants must meet specific academic and technical qualifications, including:

Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE)
Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) with at least a Credit in Mathematics and English
Certificate in Computer Applications (added advantage)
At least one year of continuous experience in data collection activities
