Financial Manager @Twilio

Overview

Twilio is seeking a Marketing Financial Manager to drive operational budget management, financial forecasting, and strategic decision support across its global Marketing organization. This remote role is open to candidates in Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Marketing’s total OPEX budget, including headcount/payroll modeling and program spend tracking across multiple marketing functions.
• Drive financial planning, monthly and quarterly forecasting, and long-term financial modeling.
• Lead budget pacing with Marketing leadership and reallocate funds as necessary.
• Collaborate with Accounting on month-end accruals and with Procurement/Sourcing on PR and PO workflows.
• Conduct financial analyses and evaluate ROI for marketing programs and vendor renewals.
• Modernize forecasting workflows using financial systems and automation tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or relevant experience.
• 8+ years in corporate finance, FP&A, or strategic finance, preferably in a tech environment.
• Experience managing large OPEX budgets and vendor accruals according to US GAAP.
• Ability to work independently with senior leaders and explain financial concepts.
• Advanced financial modeling skills and experience with FP&A platforms and ERP systems.
