Save the Children International is recruiting for the position of Gender and Social Inclusion Officer for a national role focused on education and youth empowerment in North West Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

Support the integration of gender and social inclusion across all project activities.
Provide technical guidance and conduct gender analysis.
Support advocacy efforts and facilitate capacity building for project teams and partners.
Contribute to the development of inclusive training materials and strategies.
Coordinate project activities and support monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning processes.
Engage with stakeholders to strengthen collaboration and promote inclusive policies.

Requirements

Degree in social sciences, development studies, gender and development, or a related field.
2 to 5 years of experience in gender and social inclusion programming.
Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
