Overview

The Centre for Inclusive Development is currently recruiting for the position of Senior Program Officer for its Gender Based Violence programme based in Abuja, Nigeria. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to impactful work focused on improving the lives of women and girls, particularly those who are often excluded including persons with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support the implementation of gender-based violence programmes.
Ensure interventions are inclusive, strategic, and responsive to the needs of vulnerable populations.
Engage with stakeholders and advocate to influence systems and strengthen service delivery.
Work across communities, partners, and institutions to drive initiatives addressing gender inequality and promoting protection and inclusion.

Requirements

Experience in gender-based violence programming and advocacy.
Ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
Strong strategic thinking, communication, and partnership building skills.
