Role Overview

Global Buildings Performance Network is seeking a Creative Solutions Project Manager to oversee the delivery of communications and digital support for its regional projects.

The role involves managing project communications, coordinating with regional teams, providing copywriting, basic graphic design, and ensuring the quality and timeliness of deliverables.

The position reports to the Manager of Creative Solutions and involves remote work with potential travel opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation of project communication requests in collaboration with the Digital and Design Coordinator
• Provide expert advice on project communications best practices, including digital content and marketing materials
• Oversee a global calendar of activities across multiple regions, ensuring deadlines are met

• Produce and review marketing content such as flyers, web pages, email invitations, pitch decks, and stakeholder engagement tools
• Liaise with regional teams and external agencies, managing workload and deadlines
• Contribute to quarterly reporting and maintain quality control of all outputs
• Support branding and content referrals to the Global Communications team

Qualifications and Skills

Essential:

• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities
• Excellent copywriting and editing skills for marketing and technical content
• Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva)

• Ability to work independently from home with minimal supervision
• Proficiency with digital collaboration tools such as Zoom and Google Suite

Desirable:

• Experience in climate change or built environment communications
• Managing external agencies for copywriting or design

• Experience working within NGOs or international development sectors
• Knowledge of climate mitigation strategies and urban planning
• Familiarity with CRMs like Zoho is a plus

Deliverables

• Effective management of the Creative Solutions calendar and deadlines
• High-quality content production and quality control
• Clear and engaging copywriting for diverse marketing outputs
• Basic graphic design support using templates
• Regular reporting on activities and outputs
