Overview
The role involves covering the responsibilities of the Global Collections Specialist during their parental leave. The Temporary Global Collections Specialist will focus on billing operations and ensuring timely collection of Accounts Receivable at Neo4j.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the Accounts Receivable inbox, resolving inquiries and escalating complex issues as needed.
- Create, verify, and distribute customer invoices in NetSuite and vendor portals, ensuring accuracy against order forms and purchase orders.
- Manage accounts receivable ledgers and ensure timely collections of outstanding balances.
- Follow up on overdue invoices via phone calls, emails, and letters.
- Handle customer inquiries related to credit card-based products.
- Complete new vendor onboarding forms and support the Sales team with customer purchase orders.
- Apply customer payments daily in NetSuite and reconcile with the bank.
- Support revenue-related audits and conduct ad hoc analyses as needed.
Requirements
- Fundamental accounting knowledge.
- Minimum three years of accounts receivable experience.
- Experience resolving customer inquiries or billing disputes.
- NetSuite and Salesforce experience in a SaaS business desired.
- Proficient with Excel and Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to organize, prioritize and work under tight deadlines.
- Experience working with international/remote teams across time zones is a plus.
