The Global Resilience Partnership (GRP) is currently recruiting a full-time Operations and Grants Manager for a remote, six-month contract starting June 1, 2026.

The Operations and Grants Manager will be part of GRP’s Operations and Finance Team, reporting directly to the Operations Director. The role is primarily remote but offers the option of being based in Cape Town or Stellenbosch, South Africa.
This position is responsible for overseeing organizational operations, grants, procurement, and contract management, ensuring compliance with donor requirements and internal policies.
The successful candidate will play a central role in maintaining smooth internal processes while supporting program teams and partners.
The Operations and Grants Manager will oversee the full grant lifecycle, including:
