The Global Resilience Partnership (GRP) is inviting applications for a part-time, remote Human Resources (HR) Manager to join its team.
This position, starting 1 June 2026, offers an opportunity for experienced HR professionals to contribute to the strengthening of GRP’s human capital and organizational systems, advancing the mission of building resilience in communities worldwide.

The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in strengthening GRP’s HR policies, systems, and procedures, ensuring staff are well-supported and equipped to deliver on organizational objectives.

The HR Manager will lead recruitment, onboarding, staff allocation, policy development, remuneration frameworks, and performance management initiatives. A key focus of the role is the integration and implementation of a comprehensive HR system to streamline daily operations.
This role reports directly to the Operations Director and offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing the HR Manager to operate globally while contributing to organizational efficiency and staff development.
