Overview
The Nature Conservancy (TNC) is hiring a Marketing and Communications Manager for Southeast Europe, aiming to advance freshwater protection and promote nature-positive renewable energy initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional marketing and communications strategies.
- Support conservation campaigns, including freshwater protection and renewable energy initiatives.
- Lead communications for the United for Rivers campaign.
- Produce high-quality content for websites, blogs, newsletters, and social media.
- Build relationships with journalists and media outlets across Southeast Europe.
- Contribute to donor communications, reports, and presentations.
- Work with regional and global teams to align messaging and campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Preferred: Experience working in Southeast Europe; proficiency in English, Serbian, and Croatian; experience in media relations and digital communications.
