Global Technology Alliance Manager, Databricks @Fivetran

Overview

Fivetran is seeking a Global Technology Partner Manager to lead and expand their strategic partnership with Databricks. The role is crucial for driving growth and improving the customer buying experience as Fivetran continues to build data pipelines for thousands of companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the global relationship with Databricks and act as the main point of contact.
• Collaborate with sales, partner solution architecture, marketing, and partner operations teams.
• Build relationships with field sales and pre-sales representatives and key product stakeholders.
• Ensure sales teams effectively sell solutions with Databricks, enhancing customer experiences.
• Work with Marketing and Product teams to execute strategic partner go-to-market efforts.
• Focus on increasing customer adoption, pipeline development, and revenue growth for both Fivetran and Databricks.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in strategic alliances, enterprise sales, or partner management in the data, cloud, or enterprise software industry.
• Experience managing complex global relationships.
• Understanding of the modern data stack and open data infrastructure (dbt, Fivetran, or equivalent experience preferred).
• Ability to credibly engage with C-suite and partner level in a global technology organization.
• Strong commercial instincts for identifying and developing joint pipeline opportunities.
• Proven track record in a cross-functional orchestration role with influence across sales, engineering, marketing, and operations.
