Good Things Foundation, a UK digital inclusion charity, seeks a Communications Officer to support its 2026–2028 strategy. This role is ideal for a multi-channel communications professional passionate about social impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver multi-channel content aligned with the 2026–2028 strategy
• Create engaging social media posts, short videos, email campaigns, press releases, and web copy
• Support campaign and advocacy initiatives through impactful storytelling
• Help build relationships with media contacts and external stakeholders
• Contribute to raising awareness of digital exclusion and the organisation’s work
• Collaborate with colleagues across teams to ensure consistent messaging

Requirements

• Exceptional organisational and time management skills
• Creative flair and a strong instinct for storytelling
• Experience developing content across multiple digital platforms
• An aptitude for building positive working relationships
• Enthusiasm for social impact and digital inclusion

Benefits

Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 (depending on experience) + excellent benefits
