Head of Digital Communications @New Economy Organisers Network (NEON)

Overview

New Economy Organisers Network (NEON) is seeking a Head of Digital Communications to lead the development of their new Digital Programme as part of a wider Communications Hub.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy development and delivery of the Digital Communications Programme.
• Support Co-Directors with overarching strategic direction and lead fundraising and evaluation.
• Establish and manage a reactive social media unit to generate content for spokespeople.
• Develop and manage engaging digital content and personal branding for spokespeople.
• Provide support packages for online influencers and counter misinformation.
• Project manage digital media training programs and deliver inclusive training sessions.
• Provide insights on digital trends and manage the Spokesperson Network budget.

Requirements

• Proven track record in developing innovative projects that advance a progressive agenda.
• Strong understanding of digital media and recent experience creating viral content.
• Experience in delivering effective training to diverse groups.
• Excellent relationship-building and teamworking abilities.
