    Overview

    The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is recruiting a Procurement Analyst under the National Personnel Service Agreement (NPSA-8). This is a full-time, home-based position supporting UNDP’s work within the Regional Bureau for Europe and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), focusing on Disaster Risk Reduction and Recovery.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage procurement processes for Area-Based Recovery projects.
    • Ensure compliance with UN/UNDP rules and regulations.
    • Coordinate and implement procurement activities.
    • Maintain procurement documentation and reporting systems.
    • Contribute to sourcing strategy development through market research.
    • Support knowledge management and capacity building within UNDP.
    • Promote gender equality and inclusion in procurement practices.

    Requirements

    • Master’s degree in Procurement, Logistics, Management, or related fields OR Bachelor’s degree with at least two years of experience.
    • CIPS Level 3 certification is highly desirable.
    • Experience with ERP or procurement management systems.
    • Fluency in English and Ukrainian.
    • Proficiency in MS Office tools and digital procurement platforms.
