Overview

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is recruiting a Procurement Analyst under the National Personnel Service Agreement (NPSA-8). This is a full-time, home-based position supporting UNDP’s work within the Regional Bureau for Europe and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), focusing on Disaster Risk Reduction and Recovery.

Key Responsibilities

Manage procurement processes for Area-Based Recovery projects.
Ensure compliance with UN/UNDP rules and regulations.
Coordinate and implement procurement activities.
Maintain procurement documentation and reporting systems.
Contribute to sourcing strategy development through market research.
Support knowledge management and capacity building within UNDP.
Promote gender equality and inclusion in procurement practices.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Procurement, Logistics, Management, or related fields OR Bachelor’s degree with at least two years of experience.
CIPS Level 3 certification is highly desirable.
Experience with ERP or procurement management systems.
Fluency in English and Ukrainian.
Proficiency in MS Office tools and digital procurement platforms.
