Key Responsibilities

Identify and onboard new loan customers
Evaluate creditworthiness and process loan applications
Disburse loans in line with company policies
Monitor repayments and follow up on outstanding debts
Meet assigned recovery targets
Maintain accurate client records
Conduct field visits for verification and recovery

Requirements

Minimum of OND qualification (HND/BSc is an added advantage)
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to meet targets and work under pressure
Familiarity with Bwari or Kuje environment is required

Benefits

Salary: ₦130,000 monthly
