Arila Group is currently recruiting experienced professionals to fill two key positions: Head of Finance and Procurement Officer, supporting its mission-driven operations across Nigeria and other African markets.

The Head of Finance role is based in Abuja with travel requirements and reports directly to the CEO/Managing Director. This full-time position offers a competitive monthly salary and requires a highly experienced finance professional to lead group-wide financial strategy. The successful candidate will oversee budgeting, long-term forecasting, and consolidated financial reporting across multiple operating entities.

Key responsibilities include advising executive leadership on investment and growth decisions, leading treasury operations, optimizing cash flow and working capital, and establishing strong financial controls, governance, and risk management frameworks. The role also involves supporting fundraising initiatives with investors, banks, and development finance institutions, as well as building and managing a high-performing finance team.

Applicants must possess at least 10 years of experience in finance or accounting, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. Experience managing finance functions within complex, multi-entity organizations and operating in at least two African markets is required. A professional accounting certification such as ACA, ACCA, or CPA is mandatory. Familiarity with development finance institutions, impact investors, or donor-funded programs is considered an added advantage.

The Procurement Officer role is a fixed-term contract position based in Adamawa or Taraba and reports to the MD/CFO. This role offers a very competitive monthly salary and focuses on ensuring efficient sourcing and delivery of project inputs, equipment, and services.

Responsibilities include vendor identification and management, obtaining competitive quotations, preparing procurement documentation, tracking deliveries, and maintaining accurate records of procurement activities and inventory. The officer will ensure compliance with organizational procurement policies and provide regular updates on procurement status and expenditures.

Candidates for this role must have proven procurement experience, preferably within agricultural or development projects. Strong negotiation skills, integrity in handling funds, and excellent organizational abilities are essential.
