    Overview

    Northbeam is a marketing intelligence platform designed to provide eCommerce brands with a unified view of their business data through powerful attribution modeling and customizable dashboards. They are seeking a Head of Product, a senior product leader to partner with the Chief Product & Design Officer and the CEO to shape the future direction of the company.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Own and prioritize the company roadmap based on customer needs, market dynamics, data science capabilities, and company strategy.
    • Lead flagship product initiatives from concept to execution, ensuring alignment and unblocking hurdles as needed.
    • Engage directly with customers to understand their measurement challenges and incorporate insights into product decisions.
    • Drive AI implementation within the product, enhancing marketing measurement capabilities.
    • Manage and mentor a team of senior product managers, fostering an environment of excellence and feedback.
    • Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure a user-centric approach in product development.
    • Define and oversee the product quality assurance process, ensuring high standards are met before product release.
    • Facilitate effective collaboration across the company, aligning teams behind the product roadmap.

    Requirements

    • 10+ years in product management with experience in senior leadership roles, particularly in B2B SaaS.
    • Expertise in marketing measurement, attribution, adtech, or martech; experience in eCommerce is a plus.
    • Proven track record in releasing data-driven products and familiarity with statistical nuances.
    • Experience in developing AI-powered applications and a clear understanding of where AI adds value.
    • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a hands-on mentality in managing projects.
    • Desire to engage directly with customers for insights and feedback.
    • Strong collaboration skills with design teams to create enriching product experiences.
    • A BS degree in a relevant field; engineering, computer science, or data science preferred.

    Benefits

    • Base salary range: $300,000 — $350,000 USD.

    Location
