This role offers an opportunity to lead the HR function within H & W Rice Company, ensuring effective HR operations and promoting a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership and direction to the HR team.
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process.
Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records.
Coordinate payroll preparation and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Drive performance management and support talent development.
Serve as a mediator in employee relations matters.
Implement HR policies and ensure adherence.
Prepare periodic HR reports and provide management with insights.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5–9 years of HR experience in a lead/supervisory role.
Proven experience in leading HR operations.
Professional HR certification (CIPM or HRCI) is an advantage.
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Competence in HR technology.
