Overview

This position of Recovery Officer offers candidates the opportunity to engage in debt and asset recovery operations in a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits for debt and asset recovery operations.
• Verify customer addresses and carry out physical investigations as necessary.
• Track, locate, and recover stolen or defaulted assets while maintaining professional engagement.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recovery reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet recovery targets.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and legal guidelines.
• Monitor assigned cases with regular status updates.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification of OND, HND, or a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in a similar role such as Recovery Officer or Field Officer.
• Experience in address verification, field investigations, and asset recovery is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently under pressure while maintaining integrity and professionalism.
• Basic computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Valid rider’s license and ability to ride a motorcycle.
