The position of Implementation Consultant involves leading the implementation of Talkwalker and Hootsuite’s Enterprise product and service offerings for customers with complex needs. Key Responsibilities

• Manage all project activities related to solution implementation, including leading scoping sessions, documenting requirements, creating project plans, and managing customer expectations.
• Develop strong, trusted relationships with customers throughout the implementation project lifecycle.
• Ensure a seamless transition from initial sale to successful delivery by establishing relationships during the pre-sales cycle and with cross-functional teams.
• Identify key business goals and objectives to align products and services with customer outcomes.
• Set clear project expectations and timeline goals to execute technical and business objectives.
• Define and communicate project risks to stakeholders with a solutions-oriented approach.
• Develop an understanding of best practices to support industry trends.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Enterprise project implementation in IT, SaaS, or consulting.
• Proven project management skills to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into solutions.
• Skilled at managing processes and timelines for project completion.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on understanding the root cause of problems.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
