Role Summary

As an Implementation Specialist, you will support the rollout of evidence-based health interventions, including the Safer Birth Bundle of Care (SBBC), aimed at improving maternal and newborn health outcomes across Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for programme implementation
Strengthen healthcare worker capacity through training and mentorship
Support quality improvement initiatives in health facilities
Promote data-driven decision-making and programme monitoring
Collaborate with government agencies and partner organizations
Represent Laerdal Global Health in stakeholder engagements
