InPlanet is Seeking a Head of Carbon – ClimateTech Leadership (Remote) @InPlanet

Overview

This role offers the opportunity to lead the carbon credit operations of InPlanet, a ClimateTech company focused on large-scale carbon removal through Enhanced Rock Weathering.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end carbon credit project timelines and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Build and improve scalable project management systems.
• Manage the Principal Carbon Scientist and GHG Accounting Lead.
• Direct team objectives, KPIs, and scale the carbon team as needed.
• Support overall carbon strategy and oversee carbon credit forecasting and issuance reporting.

Requirements

• Strong background in project management in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing teams with a scientific or technical background in relevant fields.
• Master’s degree in environmental science, geochemistry, or similar.
• High attention to detail and strong communication skills.
