    1. Retail Business Manager (North-East)

    Location: Adamawa, Nigeria

    Role Overview

    The Retail Business Manager will coordinate sales operations, drive business growth, and oversee retail outlet performance across the North-East region. The role requires strong leadership to manage Regional Marketing Associates (RMAs) and ensure achievement of sales, revenue, and operational targets.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive business development across company-operated retail outlets
    • Lead market share growth initiatives within the region
    • Supervise and mentor RMAs to achieve performance targets
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
    • Deliver on sales volume, revenue, profit, and OPEX targets
    • Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and partners
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities for strategic decisions
    • Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards
    • Coordinate with terminal and logistics teams for product availability
    • Develop pricing strategies to optimize profitability

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in retail or downstream oil & gas sector
    • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
    • Good knowledge of Ardova’s products and oil & gas regulations
    • Excellent communication and analytical skills

    2. Creative Designer

    Location: Lagos, Nigeria

    Role Overview

    Ardova Plc is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented professional to manage and produce engaging visual and digital content. The Creative Designer will transform concepts into compelling visual assets that align with the company’s brand and marketing objectives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Translate brand strategies into creative concepts and visual outputs
    • Develop high-quality graphics, videos, and promotional materials
    • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and communications
    • Design marketing materials such as brochures, social media content, and presentations
    • Support corporate events with branding and visual assets
    • Manage creative projects and ensure timely delivery
    • Review and ensure quality assurance of all designs

    Requirements

    • 2–5 years of relevant work experience
