Overview

Bluemed Distribution is currently seeking to recruit a highly driven and experienced Area Sales Manager to strengthen its sales operations across designated regions in Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance across assigned territory
• Lead, supervise, and motivate field sales teams
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
• Ensure consistent achievement of sales targets

Requirements

• Proven sales experience (FMCG sector experience is highly preferred)
• Strong record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent leadership, management, and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience in van sales and management of sales promoters is an added advantage
• Minimum of 7 years relevant work experience
