    Rosabon Financial Services is currently recruiting qualified and result-driven individuals for the position of Sales Executive in salary loan and wealth management. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a strong background in sales, finance, and customer relationship management.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Evaluate creditworthiness by processing loan applications and documentation.
    • Interview applicants to assess financial eligibility.
    • Develop debt repayment plans and analyze financial metrics.
    • Communicate with clients to obtain or provide necessary information.
    • Approve or reject loan applications and justify decisions.
    • Prepare and review loan agreements for accuracy and compliance.
    • Maintain and update customer account records and payment schedules.
    • Collaborate with underwriters to resolve loan-related issues.
    • Promote loan products and cross-sell financial services.
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory and lending guidelines.
    • Drive deposit mobilization and achieve set sales targets.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Loan Officer or similar role.
    • Familiarity with banking software and computer applications.
    • Strong understanding of lending products and financial practices.
    • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
    • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

    Benefits

    • Salary Range: ₦80,000 – ₦150,000
