The World Health Organization (WHO) is seeking a Pandemic Fund Coordinator (P4) to enhance global pandemic preparedness and response coordination.

Manage and coordinate single-country and multi-country Pandemic Fund initiatives.
Develop and maintain monitoring, accountability, and learning systems.
Lead the development of regional and multi-country proposals for funding.
Engage with stakeholders including governments, NGOs, and development partners.
Represent WHO in technical meetings and strategic discussions.
Supervise and mentor team members to enhance project delivery.
Identify funding opportunities and advocate for regional collaboration.

Master’s degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, International Relations, Health Policy, or related field.
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in public health programme management or humanitarian operations.
Strong background in project management and stakeholder coordination.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
Proven leadership and team management experience.
Ability to work across multicultural and international environments.
Fluency in English; knowledge of French is an advantage.
