Seeking a structured, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support brand content execution and administrative systems. This is a remote role with weekly accountability check-ins.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and repurpose live session content into social media posts using Canva templates.
• Schedule and organize social media posts.
• Format and schedule emails using MailChimp.
• Maintain a content calendar.
• Basic digital organization (Google Drive, scheduling, follow-ups).

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills.
• Comfortable with technology (Canva, Google Drive, email tools).
• Reliable and responsive.
• Able to follow structured systems.
• Good written English.
