EquiCare Strategies is currently seeking passionate and committed volunteers to join its team. All available roles are remote and unpaid, offering individuals an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to advancing health equity.

Available Volunteer Roles

Programs Officer (Volunteer – Remote)
The Programs Officer will provide strategic leadership for the Budget4Health Campaign. Responsibilities include coordinating activities, managing work plans, and ensuring the successful achievement of campaign objectives.

Website Designer (Volunteer – Remote)
This role focuses on maintaining and enhancing the organization’s website. The volunteer will manage content, optimize performance, and improve user experience to strengthen the organization’s digital presence.

Research Officer (Volunteer – Remote)
The Research Officer will generate and analyze evidence to support advocacy and decision-making. Key tasks include conducting research, analyzing data, and producing reports and knowledge products.

Human Resource Officer (Volunteer – Remote)
The HR Officer will support recruitment, onboarding, staff welfare, and performance management, contributing to a positive and inclusive team environment.

Capacity Development Officer (Volunteer – Remote)
This role involves designing and coordinating initiatives aimed at strengthening skills and competencies within the organization and its community.

Training & Curriculum Coordinator (Volunteer – Remote)
The coordinator will develop and manage learning materials and training resources, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and maintaining high-quality educational content.

Innovation & Digital Tools Officer (Volunteer – Remote)
This position leads the development of civic technology platforms and digital advocacy tools, focusing on user-centered solutions to engage stakeholders in health equity.

Policy & Advocacy Officer (Volunteer – Remote)
The Policy & Advocacy Officer will support the organization’s health equity agenda by researching policies, drafting advocacy materials, engaging stakeholders, and tracking progress and impact.
