Job Title: Senior Director, Global Programs

The organization provides flexible funding, platforms for leadership, and long-term solidarity to empower transformative change across Africa, Latin America, the Caribbean, Asia, and the Pacific.
The Senior Director of Global Programs will lead and shape the strategies, partnerships, and funding practices that strengthen global movement ecosystems.
This senior leadership role involves guiding regional teams, fostering transnational solidarity, and ensuring alignment with organizational visions for climate, economic, and food justice.
The position includes managing a team of four, including three Regional Directors and a Cross-Regional Coordinator, and requires up to 40% travel.
