We are seeking a dedicated Senior Data Analyst capable of extracting, synthesizing, and analyzing data from multiple sources to enhance understanding of user self-care journeys, support organizational decision-making, optimize digital products, and improve strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
Data Ecosystem Management
- Own and optimize Women First Digital’s centralized data ecosystem, including data repositories, documentation, Google BigQuery datasets, and visualization portals.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, accessibility, and scalability across all organizational sources.
- Integrate new data sources to adapt to evolving digital platforms and reporting needs.
Reporting & Analysis
- Maintain and enhance dashboards and reporting systems to support data-driven decisions.
- Identify trends, opportunities, risks, and data gaps; translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Lead cross-functional analyses to understand user journeys, platform performance, and organizational impact.
Collaboration & Strategic Support
- Partner with teams from Digital Operations, Partnerships, and Digital Marketing to improve data collection and reporting.
- Support donor reporting, impact measurement, and strategic organizational decisions.
- Drive innovation in data management, visualization, automation, and data literacy initiatives.
Candidate Profile
Essential Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years in data analysis, management, reporting, and visualization.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (PivotTables, formulas, Power Query).
- Strong SQL skills: query writing, joins, CTEs, window functions, optimization.
- Experience with Python for data analysis, automation, ETL processes.
- Familiarity with Google BigQuery and cloud data warehousing.
- Expertise in developing dashboards using Google Looker Studio or similar tools.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and digital analytics concepts.
- Ability to integrate multiple data sources for scalable reporting.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and report writing skills.
- Experience with donor reporting and organizational performance metrics is a plus.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON data is advantageous.
- Fluent in English; French and/or Spanish skills are a plus.
- Highly organized, proactive, innovative, and detail-oriented.
- Must have a reliable laptop, phone, and internet connection.
Working Conditions
- Full-time role (40 hours/week).
- Remote work from any location with internet access.
