    Key Responsibilities

    • Shape Product Strategy Through Insights: Collaborate with Product to identify opportunities, understand customer and partner needs, and inform product development through research and competitive intelligence.
    • Lead GTM Strategy and Execution: Manage strategy and execution of go-to-market initiatives, analyze data for insights, and drive scalable programs for adoption and growth.
    • Accelerate Product Adoption and Growth: Create programs for merchant engagement and ensure message consistency across teams.
    • Enhance Strategic Client Engagement: Develop messaging for key client interactions and convey product vision effectively.
    • Operate with Agility: Handle multiple initiatives, anticipate risks, and ensure momentum through effective planning.
    • Leverage Business and Product Acumen: Understand product functionality and revenue impacts to align GTM decisions with company objectives.
    • Collaborate across Teams: Foster relationships across departments to ensure alignment on plans and initiatives.
    • Be a Culture Carrier: Promote Affirm’s values, fostering collaboration and innovation within the organization.

    Requirements

    • 8+ years in product marketing, product management, or similar roles, ideally in Payments or Fintech.
    • Proven track record in leading product launches and driving GTM strategies.
    • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Highly analytical, confident with data.
    • Ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
    • Proven collaboration and influencing abilities.
    • Outstanding project management and prioritization skills.
    • Creative problem-solving skills.
